How did the collaboration between GreenDice and the Child Welfare Development Center begin?

The collaboration between GreenDice and the Child Welfare Development Center (LaHe) began in the fall of 2024, when the center needed technical tools to enhance its work processes. By that time, six Family Hubs had already been opened in Estonia, and as a first step, we were able to provide tablets through GreenDice, which the visitors of the Family Hubs used to give feedback. Today, we are a long-term and affordable IT partner for LaHe, ensuring quality and reliable equipment for a reasonable fee, along with warranty, insurance, and daily technical support.

Why is it important for GreenDice to support LaHe and the Family Hub's mission in promoting the well-being of children and families?

LaHe and the Family Hubs do extremely valuable and preventive work for the well-being of families. The least we can do at GreenDice is to ensure them worry-free technical reliability – we want to be sure that no important activity or counseling is hindered by technical obstacles. Supporting development and equal opportunities has always been a core value of GreenDice, and we are very pleased to contribute to a field that provides real support to children and families.

Have you established specific areas that you support with your company?

The GreenDice model creates value for many Estonian families, but we currently see the greatest and most immediate impact in educational institutions and community centers that need both reliable IT equipment and the development of digital skills. Therefore, we have focused our efforts on close collaboration with local governments, schools, and organizations aimed at the well-being of children and families.

Why should companies support initiatives related to children and families?

The role of companies has long gone beyond mere economic success, and long-term impact arises from contributing to the sustainability of the community and our shared future. Support does not have to be financial – GreenDice's experience shows that by offering our expertise and an affordable service model, we free non-profits from technical concerns. This allows specialists in their field to focus on their core activities, namely helping children and families.
